Dual Automatic Take-Up
ADTU Series
It is the machine that makes high speed winding of cables from 0.4 mm to 8 mm in fast production lines. In case of special demand, winding of thicker section cables can also be made according to the cable type. It automatically provides the changing of the cable from full winding reel to the empty reel, while line is working without any decrease in line speed.
ADTU Series Take-ups are produced in five different sizes from reel size 500 mm to 1250 mm according to the reel sizes. ADTU500 Takeup, which is the smallest of the series, has a design speed of 2200 meters/minute and can produce at an effective winding speed of 1800 meters/minute.
The machine is continuously controlling the winding speed and tension of cable with the help of its built-in internal dancer unit. The machine also has an internal traverse mechanism. Thus, a smooth winding is ensured synchronously to the winding speed and cable diameter of the cable.
In addition to automatic controls with the touch screen and internal software on the ADTU series, the operator is allowed to manually adjust the settings of the machine when necessary. Thus, by entering the reel change meter information, the operator can enter the automatic reel winding amount as well as adjust the necessary operations, including manual reel change.
ADTU Series Take-ups are driven by energy-efficient precision-controlled motors. Reel loading, carrying, leveling, and removing operations are carried out with pneumatic and motor systems in the standard. However, it can also be produced with hydraulic system in accordance with the cable/wire specifications and customer demand.

ADTU-F Series
ADTU-F series are used as automatic spooling machine on fiber optic cable lines. It automatically provides the change of spooling the cable from the full reel to the empty reel, without stopping line and any decrease in line speed.
ADTU-F Series take-ups are produced in three different standard sizes with reel sizes from 400 mm to 630 mm.
The machine is winding fiber optic cables with required tension with necessary technical requirements to keep fiber quality constant without any loss.
